Spent a lovely Christmas in Istanbul, and the hotel offered an enjoyable and comfortable experience. the breakfast spread was delicious, with various options for everyone. the hotel's location was perfect and provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars. the cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms were an added plus.

The hotel's walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the adjoining rooms and corridors. the room service could have been better, as some basic amenities were not provided in the room upon check-in.

The hotel boasts a prime location only a stone's throw away from the vibrant Grand Bazaar, perfect for shopping enthusiasts and foodies alike. Its central position means that shops, restaurants and sights are within easy reach, and the hotel's amenities are comfortable and accommodating. the room and bathroom were impeccably clean and furnished with all necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. the breakfast provided was a delightful experience with delicious options to choose from and a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel could improve soundproofing since the thin walls and nearby busy avenue could cause noise disturbances, which is hardly conducive to a peaceful night's sleep.

The view from the room was great! The staff were friendly and helpful when I first arrived. Plus, the hotel had a really convenient location, close to shopping and dining areas.

The good things about this hotel ended there. The room was not well cleaned and had some strange smell.
